Booking procedure

Booking requests must be sent by e-mail.

Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability.

The booking is considered confirmed only when the customer signs the booking form and receives written confirmation of availability from Camping Enfola.

Within 10 days from the date of the booking acceptance letter, a deposit must be paid as follows:

• €100.00 for camper, caravan or tent pitches.
• 30% of the total amount of the entire stay for bungalow/chalet rentals
• €20.00 non-refundable booking fee

The deposit must be sent by bank transfer.

Late arrivals and early departures

The entire reserved and confirmed period will be fully charged and must be paid even in the case of late arrival or early departure.

In case of late arrival not expressly communicated, caravans and pitches will remain available for the customer until 24:00 on the scheduled day of arrival.

Booking cancellation

In the event of cancellation, an amount equal to 50% of the deposit will be refunded only if written notice is received by Camping Enfola at least 45 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Booking fees will in any case be deducted. After this deadline no refund will be made.
