Booking procedure<\/h3>

Booking requests must be sent by e-mail.<\/p>

Acceptance of bookings is subject to availability.<\/p>

The booking is considered confirmed only when the customer signs the booking form and receives written confirmation of availability from Camping Enfola.<\/p>

Within 10 days from the date of the booking acceptance letter, a deposit must be paid as follows:<\/p>

  • \u20ac100.00 for camper, caravan or tent pitches.<\/li>
  • 30% of the total amount of the entire stay for bungalow\/chalet rentals<\/li>
  • \u20ac20.00 non-refundable booking fee<\/li><\/ul>

    The deposit must be sent by bank transfer<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Late arrivals and early departures<\/h3>

    The entire reserved and confirmed period will be fully charged and must be paid even in the case of late arrival or early departure.<\/p>

    In case of late arrival not expressly communicated, caravans and pitches will remain available for the customer until 24:00 on the scheduled day of arrival.<\/p>

    Booking cancellation<\/h3>

    In the event of cancellation, an amount equal to 50% of the deposit will be refunded only if written notice is received by Camping Enfola at least 45 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>

    Booking fees will in any case be deducted. After this deadline no refund will be made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
